Jeddah vibes and good times 🇸🇦
The brekkie spread was lekker, with a good mix to start the day. The staff were friendly chommies, always keen to help. The location's a winner, right near the historical centre and vibey spots!
Rooms need a bit of a freshen up, seen a bit of wear and tear.

It was modern looking, recently refurbished and on the higher floors. We had a more than adequate and sumptuous breakfast with good coffee served. The location was magnificent and perfect for Jeddah, short walk to Restaurants, the port area and mosque. We appreciated spending 3 nights here...

The location is convenient and best possible, at a moderate distance from Jaffali Mosque. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.
The bathrooms are dirty.

I had a fantastic romantic escape here! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the historical center, so we could easily explore. The room was cozy and clean, and the fast wifi made it easy to plan our adventures. Plus, the staff was super helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable!
The restaurant and cafe were closed during our visit, which was a bummer. But there are plenty of nearby dining options to make up for it. it was a lovely experience!

Suhoor food and complementary Arabic coffee were good. Location in Old Balad is nice
The worst reception personnel Ive ever met. Very rude and non professional, It was exactly Iftar time on first of Ramadan, and the receptionist was dragging his feet, finding all kinds of obtacles not to process us, ans then giving the worst possible room. His name stuck Baba Something. He did not honor my request for a room with water view, and said that Booked.net does not guarantee anything. Then \I asked for the nmanager on call, who only was less rude, not complete pro. Furthermore they claim to have a pool. Its closed.

Excellent Location with Clean Rooms
The room was comfortable and clean, meeting all my needs for amenities like great Wi-Fi and hot water. The staff were really helpful, assisting me with printing boarding passes . One downside was that the restaurant was closed, which limited dining options at the hotel, but there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

That being said, the hotel didn't exactly have much charm or fancy décor to it-just a solid no-frills experience. They had the restaurant and café closed, quite limiting for meals right there. I'd have to venture out for every bite. Some common areas could use a little TLC, too, showing their age.
